This variety is somewhat similar to “Italian White”, but is planted a couple of weeks later. Our “Italian Late” grown garlic tends to have an apricot, if not wheat-like hue on the colour chart. While garlic isn’t quite chili, the flavour of this variety is rich with a hot if not aggressive aspect to it; ideal for those tasty meals where you want to add a bit of zing! Harvested in early December, and like its cousins, “Australian White” and “Italian White”, available for sale in January. It will store 5 – 8 months under the right conditions.

Orders can be picked up from Huskisson, NSW (address given when time confirmed) or alternatively can be picked up from Kiama Farmers markets (Wednesdays) if we are attending. To organise a suitable pick up time please text or call Stig on 0421 948 085.
